Are there any charges on top of the annual fee?
No. The annual fee is the complete cost of the service. We do not charge commission on rent, transaction fees, or standard property inspections and reporting. If any major repair or exceptional work is required, we provide a clear estimate and proceed only after receiving your approval.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying only the prorated difference for the remaining months of your current subscription. If you wish to move to a lower plan, the change will take effect at your next annual renewal.
What currency can I pay in?
You can pay in Indian Rupees (INR), US Dollars (USD), or UAE Dirhams (AED). The prices represent the same value converted into each currency, with no additional charges for international payments. Overseas clients can conveniently make a single annual bank transfer.
Do you take a cut of my rent?
Never. Every rupee of rental income belongs entirely to you. Credence does not take a percentage of your rent or charge commission on rental transactions. Our only fee is the fixed annual management fee shown on your chosen plan.
Is the first property assessment really free?
Yes. Your initial property assessment is completely free and includes an honest evaluation of your property's earning potential. There is no obligation, no hidden cost, and no pressure to choose a management plan after the consultation.
Which plan is right for me?
The Essential plan is ideal for owners with a single residential property. The Professional plan is best suited for NRIs managing two or three properties or a combination of residential property and land. The Premium plan is designed for HNI clients with larger portfolios or commercial assets who require dedicated relationship management and comprehensive legal support. If you're unsure, our advisors will recommend the most suitable plan based on your needs.
What does zero brokerage mean on a pricing page?
Zero brokerage means the annual fee shown is the only fee you pay. We do not earn commission when your property is rented, bought, or sold. There are no transaction charges, no percentage of your rental income, and no hidden fees—just one transparent annual fee that covers the agreed services.
