Credence Strategies provides the following services to High Net-worth Individuals (HNI) and Non-Resident Indians (NRI):

Property and asset management, including tenant management and rental income oversight

Real estate investment advisory, brokerage, and bank auction deal facilitation

Lifestyle and hospitality property management, including service apartments

Digital investor platform providing real-time portfolio dashboards and yield reporting

Cross-border wealth management and portfolio optimization services

Nothing on our platform constitutes a guaranteed return or investment advice under SEBI regulations unless explicitly stated.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals at least 18 years of age who are legally capable of entering binding contracts. NRI clients must comply with applicable FEMA regulations governing investment in Indian real estate.

3.2 Account Registration

To access our investor platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately at info@thecredenc.com of any unauthorized account access
Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Financial Information & Disclaimers

All financial projections, yield estimates, return figures, and performance metrics displayed on our platform are based on historical data and internal projections only. They are not guaranteed, may differ materially from actual results, and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. 5. Fees & Payment

Our fee structure varies by service and will be disclosed in full prior to engagement:

Asset Management

Annual management fees plus a percentage of rental income as agreed.

Realty & Auction

Commission-based fees disclosed in the transaction documentation.

Lifestyle & Hospitality

Subscription and service fees as per applicable plan.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, and software — is the exclusive property of Credence Strategies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties. 7. Prohibited Conduct

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Arbitration & Negotiation

Prior to legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall continue in force.
